However Ultimate Performance has been in the industry since 2005. The company was recently rebranded and now has a state of the art 4 wheel dyno facility in the shop.The layout of the shop has also changed, and as such we now have 9 lifts, and a
welding and engine building facility on our premises.

Motivation and determination
Preshen was the driving force behind the JHB branch of another well know franchise, building it from unknown in Johannesburg to a household brand. Tired of the constraints of a franchise, and the franchise unable to deliver the custom tune specifications he wanted. He developed his own brand, adding an Electrical Engineer (BSc) to the Ultimate Performance staff, custom tuning is now done in house and in line with OEM standards.
Ultimate Performance Tuning, builds performance cars for the daily driver that just wants a little bit more power as well as full blast race cars.
The majority of our work consists of repairs, services, engine overhauls and brakes. We also offer fleet maintenance for various companies.

dYNO FACILITIES AND TUNING
We had the opportunity to build a specialised facility that would allow us to be at the forefront of development within the industry and ensuring we have the very latest technology allowing us to offer power runs and ECU mapping on one of the best 4-wheel drive dyno systems on the market.
This allows us to develop, and stress test our ECU software in a controlled environment, providing you with a refined tune and accurate power gains. It also allows us to tune aftermarket management systems, such as Haltech, ECU Masters, Syvecs and many other brands.
